ecently we did more or less functional solution for lt25,lt30a phones.

supported features :

tems investigation 14.x connectivity
tems pocket 13.0.1.3 ( full features, aqm and so on )
RAT lock, BAND lock

not supported features :
CELL lock



installation not require testpoint and quite simple :

install drivers for adb,fastboot,usbflash
flash firmware,
unpack licenses to folder with installation package,
run cmd file, few reboots and done
