E******* Timer T3103 value

Hi

I need a help regarding setting the value for T3103 timer for e*******.I can see they have T3103b1 and T3103b2.Can you explain what are those and can suggest the best/recommended value for them? It would be better if you can give me a trail report if you have with the optimized value
