What Reasons can lead to SRNS relocation Succ Rate degradation? And what is the perceived customer experience in this case?

Hi, In Scenario like, At the boundary of SRNC a UE in idle mode initiates a register-type RRC for LAU/RAU, and the RRC is on CCH (UE in CELL_FACH). Before the LAU/RAU completes the UE detects a better signal from target RNC, it will initiate Cell Update using the existing RRC connection (on CCH). Since the Iur doesn’t support CCH a relocation fails.

Try to change register RRC channel to DCH.
