W995 Charging Port Problem ??

Dear Member

I have many W995 Mobiles those Data Port/ Charging Port isn't working and i cant use them with TEMS Investigation. Few of them are new but after sometime their charging Port become faulty and it totally un usable with TEMS.

any solution for this issue how can i repair the charging port for W995.

What you say is it a hardware problem?
Or phone software cause can not connect to the tems

Well it could be HW or SW problems kkyasir,

Try a repair of your OS to a date you didn't had this problem and see if it persists again.
Check device manager if your ports are being used by the time you connect your device(check if there are any error in communications).
Do a fresh install of TI.
Try a fresh install of your OS(last but works sometimes if there is OS problems)

It happens with most of w995 bcoz in market all phones available are refurbished.

Only solution is to go to Sony e******* service center/local Mobile repair technician and get replaced Charging Port.

It's hardware issue. Charging port is weak. During frequent DT (frequent connection to charging) port's contacts are break off the phone board. It's necessary to open phone and solder ones. In service centers or by himself.

try to clean that port with soft steel brush...sometimes it work
