Activate EPS default context Bearer reject with cause PTI mismatch

Hi Experts,

We got some default context Bearer reject with cause PTI mismatch in our LTE network, anyone who can explain the mechanism of PTI use and this specific error?

For information the mobile just deactivated all the EPS bearers before establishing a new default one.
