Hello All,

Does anyone have the diagnostic flash software for E3276? It seems that this datacard comes with either a commercial or a diagnostic firmware - anyone has the “diagnostic firmware version”?

you need the license for the card, not particular fw

you can try this software..DC-Unlcoker for diagnostic..

fw is easy find;
but it need lic file ,then can connet hisi agent tool;
