How to Activate TCC in RBS2111

Hi Experts,

Can somebody explain to me, please, how can I do to activate TCC Feature in RBS2111 (E*******)??, I read that it is posible but I dont know, how can I do to balance Downlink and Uplink? There are DTMA for this RBS with RRU???

Please is very important to me your help.

note: Is in GSM1900 band.

Very useful but this file is only for RBS2106/2206... and I need especifications for implement TCC in RBS2111...
