Need TEMS Investigation 13.0.1/13.0.2 Cr@ck/Patch

Hi All

Can any one provide me Cr@ck or patch for TEMS Investigation 13.0.1 or 13.0.2

I searched for it but nothing works for me on XP or even Win7


IF ANY ONE HAVE ONE, I JUST NEED TO EXPORT LOGFILE TO TXT or Excel Format

You don't need Tems 13.0.1/13.0.2 to export a logfile into .txt or excel format,every tems can do it.
Get a tems here at the forum(use search) button. get 10.0.5 and export to text option and open the file with excel,notepad++ etc.

I have LTE log file created by Tems 13.0.2... when i used Tems 12, it crashed
I do not think that Tems 10.0.5 will help me
