Alcatel-Lucent Femto UTRAN default parameters from Air

Hi all!
Some important default UTRAN parameters from air collected in ALU Femto 9362 Enterprise Cell v1.5 related to:
- Cell selection and reselection
- DRX Cycle Length
- Event 2D-2F parameters
- HSDPA and EUL paameters
- URA and Fast Dormancy.
