Can you give me some details about channel element dimensioning ? What is the method used ? because i found some documents related to this topic but they are not clear enough ????

The file that you have here is more than informative and gives insight in E///. Each channel elements engagements and the number of them depends on vendor.

And what about the difference in channel element usage when TTI=2ms and TTI=10ms ?? I know that CE usage for TTI=2ms is higher than for TTI=10ms but i need the table that shows the exacte values of CEs for TTI=2ms (for E/// or Huawei) ??
