Here's a copy of the cbscspy software (English version) for CDMA BSCs. Not sure though if it will work with 6680 but does with the 6600. This is a debug software so please be careful when using it on your system. You can also use it for other useful things like measuring round trip delays (RTD) when configuring HHO. There are many other functions in it to check deep inside BSC. No manuals included.

About HHO what's the cmd ?
To calculate RTD for HHO, refer to the guide to 1x multiple carrier networking document. It is somewhere on this forum. It explains how to use cbscspy for such purposes.
