TS SYNC FAULT ALARM FOR SEVERAL TRX NEED HELP

Hi to All,

I hope you are all well. Need help, advice and recommendations.
I have problem in TS SYNC FAULT for several TRX, that I can not solved.
I already encounter and read these thread here in finetopix but still no permanent resolutions.

Situations:
- our network is GSM BSS 08A/ RBS2216 2+2+2 Config/RBS is not cascaded to any RBS
- E1 Tx' is OK and NO SLIP ERROR
- I already performed Blocked/Deblocked of TS and conduct loop-test to BSC and result will be looptest failed
- I checked BSC side on RP and there is no alarm, already switch RP
- I already replaced DRU, TMA and DXU at RBS side, recommissioned.

Please if any one who already encounter these problem and resolutions, NEED HELP.
What else could I do. PLEASE!

Check your EDGE configuration, most probably you defined more NUMREQEGPRSBPC than reserved 64K Abis. As a trial disable EDGE on site and you will see problem will be solved and then have appropriated setting it will solve the problem

As i mentioned as a trial change NUMREQEGPRSBPC=0 for all CHGR for all cells on this site and check the alarm status again if it disappeared it means wrong configuration on EDGE exist

Have you check RBLT/Device on Abis?
For Abis use TDM or SCM?

as a trial, I already replaced the value NUMREQEGPRSBPC=0, for CHGR 0 = 0, CHGR 1 = 0, The alarm TS SYNCFAULT Ceased.

-Previously Several of the sectors have TS SYNC FAULT ALARM, But when I change NUMREQEGPRSBPC=0 , it reduced to only 1 to 2 TS have occured in some TRX.

Is the BSC in which this site is connected use ABIS optimization feature?
