khurrambilal01 is right, please, share PCHR stuff related to R014 Huawei release.

As for my knowledge, R014 is already deployed in few countries and data (PCHR) is there, please, share the way how you handling PCHR logs?

There are 4 ways to do it:
PCHR Analyzer (Huawei utility dedicated for PCHR analysis - the best way to understand what inside and also see the logfile formats - V900R014xxxxxx.xml)
UMAT utility tool with version higher than 0.38 - this is more sophisticated Huawei tool that is able to provide a lot of analysis for CHR/PCH and other logs generated by RNC
OMSTAR (NASTAR???) is a software for planning and optimizing network, part of the functionality is related to PCHR data.
Third-party tools like Schema Mentor, Aexio Xeus and may be someothers

Please, share your way to handle PCHR R014 and if you have info from PCHR Analyzer with file format description XML, please share it as well
