NSN Active Set Radio Link inquiries

Hi All,

As for as I know in E*******, if there is 3 Active set, it will have 3 Radio Link, meaning 1 Radio link per active set.

Is it the same in NSN? I heard NSN if there is 3 Active set, there will be only 1 Radio Link. Is this true?
