SRM1000 handset questions

Hi everyone.

When i use my handset on Simoco SRM1000 i don't hear the conversations into my speaker. Only in my handset.

When my handset are put in the holder the sounds would work great from the speaker.

Does somebody know how i can enable the sound both in handset and the speaker when the handset are in use.
