LTE drive test

Dear Management( Zeuscane , GEZA )
I'm new in LTE project.
please I need your support for Drive test by TEMS V.14.
1- what is the procedure for Mobile connection ? and which parameters are important to be observe?
2-which thing should be concentrate for optimization of the LTE network?
3-plz share documents and links related to LTE. Especially ( eNB ,ePC ,antenna and transmission,optimization and Drive test)
note the Provider is Alcatel-Lucent.
