[ASK] The map isn't shown on Mentum Planet

Hi Guys I want to ask, why the mentum planet sometimes can't show the map (like on the attachment) on the window for some map and sometimes show the map for other map? I've tried it with other PC but same result. Is it bug? wrong with GIS? or what? When I tried with other software like Atoll or Ellipse and the map shown like no problem..

i use 5.3.2 version

If you look inside the layer properties menu, is the display by zoomlevel function active? AN asterix is showb before the name inside the layermenu
(with other words, does it happen at every zoom level?)
