need command to check No of TCH created

What is the command to check real No of TCH created in each cell
this command rlcrp:cell=all; will show you no of tch but if one TRX down will calclaute no of TCH without TRX which down

See the below if the cell down will show u 0 No of TCH i want command that i can print out the created TCH in cell level
