I always got this Warning: "Fail to load CHR config file, the function of CHR Point analyse would be affected"
so it is clearly need a config file, probably .xml file like in PCHR?
and on basic view: the time is always NULL
also on each Point 01-->64 there for items there: enReqId:255, UL Code, UlPara1 and ulPara2

- which technology is supported
- what kind of file are needed to use this tools( if you can share how to get from Huawei System it will be much appreciated
