Default subscriber terminated calls (normal release) when bad quality experienced

    Hi All,

I am looking for a method to identify the bad call quality or silent calls which led subscriber to terminate the call (nor mal release) in E******* WRAN side? is there a way to find out these? Also is there a way to differentiate if the problem in RF problem or on the core side?

    BR

Hi! I would recommend to investigate the problem using Mean Holding Time. In case of your problem it
should be significantly smaller than average MHT.

Thanks for the idea. Is there a way to use GPEH and/or CTR for the 3g calls to analyze these type calls terminated by the subscriber due to bad quality?
