MCTR getting failed in commissioning new site with RBS 6101 GSM

HELP required?
MCTR getting failed & TRX are not working at the time of defination in BSC.
BSC dump is R69G & RUS physical position has been verified in RBS.

How to resolve the issue?

Hi.

Try to set the TRX power to the lowest value to see if they work...

Set them to transmit at 20W first. Once they have started try to set the MCTR to 60W...

Does any one has a Fault code list description for the MCTR? or any updated Fault code list?
