    Default G-NetLook v4.01 - visualization of cell data, neighbor relations and KPI

    Here is the new version

    New things:
    - multilayer structure (GSM, UMTS, LTE)
    - kml export
    - kml import
    - cell range

    Check the cellexport and neiexport text files in order to view the needed format - the columns in the file are mandatory and you can add whatever columns you need like KPI values and other in order to visualize them.
    If Load Data button is not available or you have errors during loading data - reinstall GE plugin with the attached file.

    G-NetLook - Radio planning and Optimization software for visualization of cell data, neighbor relations and KPI

    How to use:
    1. Unrar the files into the folder
    2. Replace the data in cellexport.txt and neiexport.txt with your own
    3. Start program, wait for Google Earth plugin to load and hit "Load Data" button
    4. Wait for the data to be loaded.
    5. Input the cellid in search box, select 2G/3G/4G technology and hit "Search" button - The cell will be shown and with checkbox controls you can display different types of neighbors for this cell
    6. The outgoing relations are displayed with white thick line. Incoming relations are displayed with thin green line
    7. Select required parameter for thematic maps and press "Thematic" button
    8. The thematic maps ranges are automatic. There are three ranges (Good-Green, Normal-Yellow and Bad-Red.
    If the column header has SETUP, SSR, SUCCESS or AVAILABILITY in it then the ranges are
    0, 98 - bad
    98, 99.5 - normal
    99.5, 100 - good

    If the column header has FAIL, DROP, CONGESTION in it then the ranges are
    0, 0.5 - good
    0.5, 1 - normal
    1, 100 - bad
    Otherwise the ranges are equally distributed

    You can add whatever columns you want in the cellexport file and you can make thematic maps on them.

    Other functionalities:
    - Cell Range - type cellid, select technology and press "Search". When the cell is found type the range in meters and press "Show" - a circle with the specified radius will be created. This functionality is useful for positioning of subscriber when you know timing advance from several cells.
    - KML export - select (left click) whatever node in the treeview and right click to export kml file. The export is in the "KML_export" folder
    - KML load - select KML node in treeview and right click - select kml file in order to view it on the map - you can load serving cellid, rxlevel and events kml from G-NetTrack.
