    Using Pathloss4.0 or Pathloss5.0

You can visit the website www.pathloss.com and see tutorials

During a new installation, if you are unable to achieve the designed RSL, or if the new link causes some existing links to go down, then you may suspect some frequency interference issues.

During Installation, you can mute the TX power and see if there is in Rx signle.
The level of Rx should -90dBm when Tx power is mute, otherwise there is an interference.

    Thanks

if your pathloss license support interference analysis you can easily do it. for example in pathloss 5.0 in network view there is an Interference menu bar.
