Hello Basic.

You don't have enough reputation do download attachments.
In order to download attachments you need to reach 15 rep.
And btw this is tems setup not tems setup with med included.

Hello Lambert,
It could be due to your Anti-virus So disable Real-time check on your Anti-virus and then try to install the emulator
And if you can share with us the med . it would be highly appreciated

I am just using Microsoft Essentials. But Ill try to uninstall it first then try to install the HASP.
On my device manager, i have 6 HASP but the other one has exclamation.

if your 3rd safenet key cannot be installed that Particular ******** or LIC file is locked by another system.
If u can share highly appriciated

Check if it is being used by another program, for example by Antivirus, use "unlocker" software and disable the AV.
Sharing the med with us will be highly appreciated.
