I dont know where to get the license file after generating the HWID.
maybe i need other software for the generation of license file.

Can you please check if the .lic file you have attached is not corrupted?
at least with notepad it should be opening and have readable characters.
also if you can find the good .lic (readable) can you please share it to analyze.
