Very good document.... which have some interesting difference with previous book "WCDMA RAN W10 Functionality" :

* New Chapters in W11 with respect to W10 version
- LTE CELL RESELECTION
- HSPA BASIC PRINCIPLES
- HSPA CAPACITY MANAGEMENT
- HSPA AND EUL SCHEDULER
- HSPA MOBILITY MANAGEMENT

* APPENDIXs from W10 which doesn't appear anymore en W11 ( which are also interesting
,just you don't forget it if you need to read these issues)
- APPENDIX A: CHANNELS ( Distribution in Layer 1, MAC, RLC and Higher Layer for
different RABs combinations)
- APPENDIX C: WCDMA RADIO ACCESS BEARERS
