cellreserved parameter in E*******

Dear friends,

Can somebody explain cellreserved parameter in e*******, because I need to put several cells to reserved to test some features.

I know how to change it from moshell, but I only need to know what is the significant of doing this.

Because what I know when we change cellreserved value to "reserved", we actually limit its usage by UE. But why this need to be done before test certain features.

We put Cell Reserved in order to limit the UE from camping on this cell , so the Drive tester can access it by using force HO or we can use this parameter to allow the UE to camp on this cell in Cell Load sharing case only.

When cell reserved is set to 0 it means the site is not available for the regular customer though Hand overs are possible (it is usually during the prechecks).
when cell reserved is set to 1 then the site is on air and open to public.
