MTM300 MTH300 reprogramming

Hello all
i have same old tetra devices on my tracks (MTM300 MTH300)
Is any one Know where i can find cables for reprogramming them??
i need to change freq and groups (i am trying to change provider but the new tetra provider is not support this model any more)
i have already buy the the CPS Plus software (r1.0.1 14nov 2011) for cep400 and MTP850 device and i have tetra cps MR 5.9 software
what software i need and what cables i need for MTM-MTH300 devices?
Can any one guide me from where i can buy this cables and the need it software for this devices?
i think i can find only used ones.
the local distributor of ******** says that is not support it any more this models...

i will appreciate your help
