Tems Investigation 14 Certificate Problem

I have Tems Investigation 14.0.2 but I can not recode log file and open log file. When I start test sequence, everything is normal but recorded logs are temporary log. Their size only about 7kb and their extenson are "trp.tmp". And when I see log recording setting , a certificate selection feature appears. Should I have a certificate to record and open logfiles. Do you have a idea?
