Do the phones that did not support NeighboringCellInfo now support neighbors with CellInfo?

Hello!

Latest Android releases support "CellInfo" call, supposed to replace CellLocation once.
It can provide also list of neighbor cells.
Neighbor cells detection is supported from Android 4.3 on Asus Nexus 7 and LG Nexus 4 terminals.
Samsung S4 with Android 4.3 supports neighbors on GSM.

Is display of neighbor cells supported already?

This functionality I miss in all non-Nemo/TEMS applications: of course, they can not display what is not available.

- added option to automatically add unknown cells to cellfile - [Settings]->[Add unknown cells].
If you have no cellfile and both [Show Sites] and [Add unknown cells] are on, the app will create new cellfile and when the log is on it will start filling it with new cells.
