[Question] SHO Incoming drop to 4%

Hi All Expert,

I have 1 site that has problem in SHO Incoming. This happen after replacement RUW. Equipment is E//. There are 6 sites/iubs handled by same RNC Module. 5 sites remains are everything OK in SHO and etc, but only this site (1 site) is problem in SHO.
Anybody know what is actually the problem? and how to fix it?
