No i cant, i dont have such tool which is generating lic. Anyway you have shared 0x1E code,

you should deselect IP Adress and Host name in that tool. (just Disk ID and Ethernet Adress should be selected for 0x14 Hex code...)

Send me your Disk ID and Ethernet ID (by using WechoID)

OR give me your 0x14 hex code , i'll generate the lic for u
