Another alternative is Agileto GOLD Edition (freeware) focused on 3G which is covering a lot more topics...

You may get as well the professional version Agileto PRO Edition which is covering all technos (2G/3G/4G) and the most important telecom vendors (Huawei/E*******/Nokia/ALU...). Currently there is a promotion between 1-15 November when you may acquire an Enhanced licence for very affordable rates. Check for details on their promo page (see below):

    http://www.agileto.com/promo_page1.html

Agileto PRO Edition has the following main characteristics:
    A) Support for all technologies (2G/3G/4G) + main telecom vendors
    B) Drive Test + Call Trace Analysis & Optimization
    C) KPIs investigation
    D) Automatic Network analysis & optimization:
    - Output reports & mapping in MapInfo & Google Earth
(Sites & Cells + Neighbors + Drive Test + KPIs)
    - OMC Audit & Sanity check verifications
    - Inconsistency Cells parameters declarations
    - Lack of coverage & quality areas
    - Pollution areas
    - Overshooters cells
    - Cell Coverage areas (Top1 / ASet / Full)
    - Missing neighbors (to be added)
    - Non useful neighbors (to be deleted)
    - Cross sectors / feeders
    - Planning errors for 2G(BCCH) / 3G(PSC) / 4G(PCI)
    - ‘Border cells’ list (for optimization purposes)
