can't login to RBS EM after the site passed DT

Hello everyone

I faced a strange problem today i was in a join visit with the DT. and i was connecting to RBS then i logged out and after the site passed DT i wanted to connect again but the RBS EM gave me this error :S if anyone kno wwht is the reason of this please tell me.

this is the pic of the ip i logged with before and didnt logged after i tried to conenct through ETMFX and gave the RBS the 10.225.48.181 and netmask 252 but didnt work too but didnt give me this message it just stop loading..

no it didnt work and i didnt go again to this site but i face this problem in other cabinets which is strange
but at this site the one in this post the error is different , while the RBS was working well

You can try this:

1. Connect through the B port of the ETMFX with the new IP. Wider mask recommended: 255.255.0.0
2. Reconnect without changing the port with the previous IP.
3. Reconnect using the info provided in other post: 169.254.1.2/255.255.0.0/169.254.1.1

i usually connect through port D and another thing this is the default IP and the Cabinet has the site's ip which is 10.225.48.182 so do u think i can login with the Default IP?

anyway i'll try it but am wondering

I've found some RBS that allow to connect using the 169.254.1.1 IP. Not all permit this.

Plz try it and tell us...

i tried it today and it worked i conencted from CPU and it worked with the default IP but must put the Gateway the default IP

I think u trying to change date and time properties at windows to to one year before example Now 2012 change to 2011 or 2010...
