Default Magic Solution for improving TBF success rate

    Hello,
In our Network we suffer from a bad TBF success rate ("Ms no response"), after a deep investigation Huawei recomand us to deactivate the "Flex HSN", and fortunately we had a very good result after this actions (we did it in many BSC with an improvement of the TBF success rate).
But we have some question, What can be the impact of that change in our network? what we have to verify in order to say that this feature doesn't serve to any things?

Dear Expert, How do you find the value of SD Drop lower than 0,01% for the whole network?
What is the logical value? i was with other operator and we have 0,5%,...

i found that its only available in V900R013 onwards... any idea of similar parameter for V900R011. We are facing low TBF success rate in our network.

    thanks
