Abnormal TCH congestion in RBS 2974

The traffic utilization in each sector is less than equipped capacity but still the sectors are showing TCH congestion.
There is no hardware alarm and SDCCH congestion.
Pl suggest.

This congestion is due to GPRS Preemption , so if you want to reduce the Congestion you should decrease the GPRS usage on this cell by using negative CRO.

This may be due to fault PCM port or E1 u can shift the PCM port and next E1 to conform where the issue is
