which scene will apply "RadioBearerReconfiguration"?

i know 2 types
one is status change:eg.cell_dch<------>cell_fach, HSDPA<------>R99;
the other is cell change for HSDPA

but i find no. 3 type: rrc status don't change,and cell change don't occur.
what's the type of radioBearerReconfiguration for?

Hi! It may be Radio Bearer Reconfigurations inside DCH-HSDPA (UL-DL), such as 64-HSDPA -> 16-HSDPA or from non-EUL/HSDPA to EUL/HSDPAand etc. Please provide attachement in .rar if you need more details, cause it's hard to see something since
screenshot is resized.

Hi! It was just Rab Reconfiguration between HSUPA 2 ms TTI and 10 ms TTI. You may find in attachement
some screenshot from this analysis after each Reconfiguration. Hope it helps.
