DAC Value shift problem in NSN

Hi Experts,Can anyone please help me understand what is reason behind DAC value shift in NSN BTSs.Is there any log or report available to get the current DAC values other than loggin in everytime to the BTS through BTS Manager??
Also please let me know the solution to this problem since this is leading to a huge degradation in the HO SR.

This problem usually is the transport network or BOIA problem.

is there any report which gives all the BTS's current DAC value?

I don't know any report which gives that information, I alway detect problem for HO, DRO CALL report or its Alarm
