Hai, Is there any way to get the detail of Node up and down report(when is the node down and up) from RNC.

you use moshell command “ter or te log read”.

Te log read will not help you because this a log from o&m mp.
You should do:
Lt all
Lga 20120617 ¦ grep unavailable

This will give printout of all cells that had unavailable status/alarm today
Just be carefull with a date input, as it is upside down as given in my example....
