Hi Mate,

You may try this:

To monitor the total incoming Iub traffic for the Iublink, including Iub user plane, control plane and synchronization traffic, use : InternalEthernetPort :: pmIfInOctetsHi,
InternalEthernetPort :: pmIfInOctetsLo

To monitor the total outgoing Iub traffic for the Iublink, including Iub user plane, control plane and synchronization traffic, use : InternalEthernetPort :: pmIfOutOctetsHi,
InternalEthernetPort :: pmIfOutOctetsLo

Iub Congested Time
RNC counter:
pmTotalTimeIubLinkCongestedDl
RBS counter:
pmTotalTimeIubLinkCongestedUl

Hereafter some counter regarding Iub congestion:

Counter : pmHsSevereCong, PmSoftCongGbrBwDl, PmSoftCongGbrBwUl, PmTotalTimeIubLinkCongDl (RNC counter), PmTotalTimeIubLinkUnavail,
pmTotalTimeIubLinkCongestedUl (RBS counter).

I made a mistake, now it's ok!!!

If your Iub is ATM you can use counters from Aal2ap (Managed Object Aal2Ap) to check if your Iub is congested by Class A, Class B, Class C or Class D (CS, PS R99, HSDPA, EUL). If I'm not wrong the counter pmUnSuccOutConnsLocalClassX (where X is A,B,C or D) can show you which services are ofenders for you Iub. Suggestion to execute in the Node:

pmxh -m 24 pmUnSuccInConnsLocalQoSClassA|pmUnSuccInConnsLocalQoSClassB|pmUnSuccInConnsLocalQoSClassC|pmUnSuccInConnsLocalQoSClassD

It will show you the value of the counters of the last 24 hours, that's nice cause there are some Nodes in the network where the maximum peak of congestion occurs overnight.

A typical problema problem that we have here in our network when using Iub ATM is the voice congestion (ClassA) due to Eul traffic, sometimes is necessery reduce Eul users to improve ACC RAB CS and ACC RAB HSDPA. The solution is change Iub to IP or create the second Voice Vc (Vc46) to increase teh Iub voice capacity, but this last one just works for little Iub congestions, the best solution is change for IP.
