doesnt work in mapinfo 12. also, your link has no wms folder.
this error pops up while testing server

Actually, it perfectly works on mapinfo 12.5 (just checked by myself).

@dacoder, just rename your folder to 'wms'.

Open Startserver.bat and you will understand what to do

I have updated DVC with few new cool layers.

What's new?

1. 3 layers of ARCGIS provider
2. 2 layers of RosReestr provider - will be highly useful for russian users.
3. 14 (!) fancy layers of MapBox provider.

Important note for MapBox. Before use, you need to register at mapbox.com and get your own ACCESS_TOKEN, which you need to put to <plugins.config> file:

For example streets layer:

Get the ACCESS_TOKEN:

And put it here instead of {..}
