Yes I agree with you. I have been thinking a couple of times to buy it. But it is extraordinarily expensive in countries with low exchange rates (e.g. Poland). I've searched many big libraries here but they don't have it. If I'd lived in U.S. I probably would just borrowed it and read but, here I still hope that somebody will scan it
