My Xperia Arc TEMS Phone can not connect to internet through wifi?

I provided a TEMS Xperia phone recently, but now I have problem with internet connection through wifi! When i connect to my router the wifi icon appeared on my Arc screen but i cannot browse to the webs ,access to the android market or do anything relate to the internet! I explored the web, and see that many people have same problem with it, but no guaranteed solution found. I ask the masters here if they faced same problem and If they can help to any solution for it?
