Did you check your frequency plan?

Also do you have any CDMA operators in the area? They can create external interference for P-GSM and E-GSM bands.

the best but the most expensive solution are the filters - input on your BTS and output on CDMA operators' BTS.
Cheaper but less effective way - planning methods i.e. antennas separation (especially by vertical axis), avoid to install GSM and CDMA antennas face-to-face.
Also I don't know your local rules but usually you can ask your regulation authority to push CDMA operators to decrease interference they create for you.

Also, check with spectrum analyzer your duplexers' bandpass , if it is wider than standard in GSM thats mean the problem on your side and you will have to ask your vendor to change the duplexers.
