Problem reload basic package on normal mode using hyperterminal

Dear all,
I have a problem with upload basic package using hyperterminal.
Pls help if there any solution.

I had to be made RBS on backup mode, format d dan c2 drive, set ifconfig, and also load new basic package using total commander.

While i am going operational state with "reload" command, hyper terminal was freeze and can't be reload new basic package.

Anyone can help me pls?

Notes :
I used other pc laptop, it work normally for "reload" basic package.

Try to upload the basic software package with another FTP client set on binary not AUTO mode for the file transfer.
