Red face Anyone have used this strategy?

Hi guys... in synthesis the doc says use codes from the same code group for a 8-sector cluster or at least for each sector in a site. I've heard about use codes from the same group for each sector in a site, I want to know if anyone here have used this strategy in a live network, because is not very common and lot of people use offset between sectors (different group), I think doing a bad analogy with cdma IS-95.

Very interesting doc and greetings to Mr. Sadok.

    Hi may thanks ..

It is to do the scrambling code (SC) plan manually.. so the sc is divided into group/8cells to facilitate the process. But if you do using an automatic tool it will be more close related to the neighbor plan. The important part is to avoid same Primary SC between neighbor cells in the first tyer (direct neighbors) and in the second (neighbors of a neighbor).

    It is a good material..
