What the mapping of these E// synchronization counter for Huawei:

Three counters on the Synchronization MO will be used to monitor IPdelay variation, specifically the performance of the algorithm for IP networksynchronization.•
Synchronization: pmHDelayVarBest1Pct
- the highest networkdelay variation derived from the best (lowest) 1 per cent of the IPDVscalculated from the NTP timestamp messages received in the RBS duringeach ROP.•
Synchronization: pmHDelayVarBest10Pct
- the highest networkdelay variation derived from the best (lowest) 10 per cent of the IPDVscalculated from the NTP timestamp messages received in the RBS duringeach ROP.•
Synchronization: pmHDelayVarBest50Pct
- the highest networkdelay variation derived from the best (lowest) 50 per cent of the IPDVscalculated from the NTP timestamp messages received in the RBS duringeach ROP
