What kind of data you have available? In other words from what data do you want to make the clutter classes (ie vectors, raster)?

I have vector map in .dat file for mapinfo. How prepare map with losses by building for Atoll (bmp)

Try to use to convert : globalmapper

If I understood correctly you have the MI tab files for either buildings or land coverage classes. In the first case I suggest that you use Vertical Mapper to convert the vector files to grc format, the result being view by Atoll as Clutter heights, and can be used with the Standard Model with refraction only (no clutter losses). In the second case again you can use the Vertical Mapper or Global Mapper to convert the vectors to whatever format you decide to use for clutter. The clutter losses you either input them by hand in the propagation model or do a model tuning. If you need more help PM me.

I doubt that someone just give detailed maps. therefore it is necessary to convert the vector to rastr. Use globalmapper
