I suggest you try newer version CPS as your help says "codeplug version 6817-7084"

My CPS tell me softwareversion/codeplugversion = R130008138 / 7418.
Found this in my CPS PMVN4240A / r01.02.08.00 21-05-2012. And this is in use with release package

This file you must import in CPS+ under the tab "Release Package" and then "Import Release Package"

Try this one http://www.4shared.com/zip/mm7EiERa/...00_PMVN4.html? You should unzip this zipfile to your PC in the destination folder and then start CPS+ from the BIN folder. (it's a big file 456 Mb so it will take a little time.)

Then import Release package, that should work, but I don't know if it will work when radio gives error but give it a try.
