edyasia, do you use the right CPS with the good rights? Clear CPS for example will not upgrade TEA2 radio's.
For CPS+ you need the right Release Package for the rights. You have the CPS and then the release package will give you the rights.
I had same problem with CPS+ that it would not recognize radio because I didn't have the right release package.

Does your CPS support this firmware? look at Help and then details.

For now I'm going a way for a week and a half, so i don't have CPS availible for trying something.

So you can't read the radio. Then I think the only way left is reading a working radio and flash this in yours but then everything is the same. Serial and TEI will also be reflashed. You need LAB CPS to make new cpg with TEI and Serial.

My radio come clear with fw 13.000.7184 from factory and i have succesfully upgraded to 13.000.7412 without any problem... and i vave upgraded more than 100 radios from my work... even lower version... i dont understand why the error. this firmware is not for clear radios???

Vr10: open it.. four screws one under ******** label in the back. dissasembly completely, its easy only careful with display flex. blow it with medium pressure dry air or nitrogen under metallic caps and apply little shocks with something of hard rubber. reasembly it and try to upgrade.
